This was very interesting to hear this morning and feel, having coached student/athletes, coaches and admin staff at Div 1 campuses, that the people who motivate, recruit and project the best positive and professional images for the athletes, need to be reminded about respecting the "boundaries" of not "over- committing and under- delivering"-

The student/athletes are vulnerable and need reminders about staying in school and being grateful for the privilege of studying at the best Universities in the US, which their coaches and advisors should be reinforcing. The balance between amateur and professional is found in the element of "Time and Timing".

It means that two very good teams with very good coaches made it to the final game.
