Recently, the NCAA enforcement group designated three senior investigators to keep tabs on the game of college basketball. This is the first time enforcement staff members have been asked to monitor a single sport. While rules aren't being broken left and right in basketball, the sport has been identified as an area where improvement is needed. And although this is a separate initiative, the NCAA's partnership with the NBA to cleanup youth basketball demonstrates that a serious effort is being made.
