On today’s edition of Mondays With Myles, NCAA President Myles Brand answers a question submitted by Every Day Should Be Saturday blogger Orson Swindle.

Orson asked: “If the allegations of Reggie Bush taking improper benefits are proven true by an NCAA investigation, what are the steps that will be taken to punish the infractions?”

While Dr. Brand couldn’t comment on an ongoing investigation, he did discuss the NCAA investigation process and how infractions cases are handled. He also discussed the always controversial topic of remuneration for student-athletes.
