The September 16, 2008 Morning Coffee Blog mentioned Hiram Football victory last weekend. It may interest readers to know that Steve Belichick ( Bill Belichick's father) got his first coaching job at Hiram College after playing for the Detroit Lions. Read the "Education of a Coach," for more details. Better yet, every coach should read Steve's book about scouting football. Steve passed on his amazing football mind to his son.
